DN Fashion – Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love every piece you buy from DN Fashion. If you need to exchange or cancel an order, kindly follow the steps below:

If an exchange needs to be done:

Exchanges must be requested within 3 working days from the date of purchase.

Step 01: Message us through the same WhatsApp number used to place your order.
If it is a website order, please WhatsApp us on 076 382 8084.

Please include the following details:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item with the DN tag visible

• Reason for the exchange (your feedback is valuable to us)

Step 02: After analysis, our Exchange Team will respond with the exchange procedures.

Exchange Fee: Rs. 450/-

Please Note: Once the exchange is confirmed, the delivery rider will hand over the replacement parcel. The exchange fee of Rs. 450 will be collected by the rider during the exchange process.

Important:

• Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted as per company policy.

• Exchanges cannot be processed if the DN tag has been removed.

• You cannot exchange an already exchanged product or a customized product.

• We do not exchange items purchased during sales, discounts, special offers, or any customized orders.

• Order cancellations must be requested before dispatch and must be confirmed by our team. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
